Residences at International Place

They have been above and beyond kind to me. During my time there, they made many updates and improvements, and the management has been excellent. The staff as a whole has been wonderful patient, supportive, and genuinely caring. They are truly amazing people. Special thanks to Solida, who was especially understanding and supportive.

I have been staying here for a month. I have a lovely one bedroom apartment. The room is very clean and everything looks new. The staff who work here are exceptionally helpful and kind. I enjoy it very much and have decided to stay for 6 months.

This place so Good,we'll cleaning rooms. Customers services on time. Hallways cleaning all organized. I love to stay here I been here for 2years .and iam staying for a long...long time. Restaurants around, gas stations, hospitals. All you need is right over here

We stayed here after we sold our home in Tewksbury for 7 weeks till we were heading to Florida. From check in to check out our time here was perfect from the front office staff, to maintenance to maid service and the regional manager. The following staff went above and beyond during our stay. SOLIDA - RONNELL - DEYSHALEE - CHRISSY - JERETHAL - ROGER - and regional manager ROB. We will definitely be a return customer if we come home during the holidays. I love this place, the staff and management are outstanding to work with and quick to respond to any concerns or questions. You’re not going to find a better price anywhere in the surrounding area. The grounds are spotless, the sofa in our unit is a bit worn but not dirty or torn but Rob put an order in for a new sofa the minute I informed him. The rooms are decently cleaned but some of the walls good use a wipe down but overall we are extremely happy. It’s a good, quiet, and friendly safe place to stay with your family. We rented a two bedroom unit for a fraction of the cost of a normal hotel room.

I spent a month at the Residences at Tewksbury. The room was fine. The kitchen only had a pot and a frying pan but it had silverware and dishes. The facility felt safe and offered a gym and a pool. The location was great. It was very easy to get on and off the highway.

I can’t recommend The Residences at Tewksbury enough. The staff have been fantastic and very responsive. The rooms are always clean and quiet. The location is convenient to the surrounding area. I am a repeat customer for a reason!

I just love this hotel! We’ve been here for two weeks over the holidays, and it feels like home away from home. The accommodations are perfect for us —we are staying in a one-bedroom, and it’s like a little apartment with all the amenities. We have a full kitchen, so we can cook our meals right here—and if we want to eat out, restaurants are a stone’s throw away. Also, it’s great to have a laundry on the premises—as well as an exercise room and business workspace if you are so inclined. The staff here is very accommodating and quick to respond when we need directions or extra towels, help with packages, etc. The people at the front desk always greet us with a smile. Jerethel, in particular, has been most helpful in answering our questions—a true professional and a nice person! The location of this hotel is convenient to the highway, as well as to shopping. Though it is centrally located, it is so quiet! I’m trying to be thorough and cover all the bases in this review, but to close, I don’t have a negative word to say about Residences at Tewksbury’s accommodations, service, or staff! It checks all the boxes and is simply a nice place to stay!
